Continuando con la preparación para el Campeonato de España Coed, hemos tenido la suerte de tener la visita de Joe “BJ” Sefton, jugador de uno de los equipos más importantes del mundo, Seattle Sockeye, recientes subcampeones del mundo de categoría Open en el mundial celebrado en Praga.
El clinic-entrenamiento, que contó con presencia de unas 20 personas, comenzó con un calentamiento en el que se trabajó el pase incidiendo, sobre todo, en el trabajo de recepciones y la salida en carrera tras el pase. Posteriormente, continuamos con unos ejercicios que hacían hincapié en el trabajo de pies y el contacto visual entre pasador y receptor. Finalmente, se organizó un partido, en el que uno de los equipos fue dirigido por “BJ”, que durante el mismo fue resolviendo todas aquellas cuestiones planteadas en el juego. Realmente, es todo un placer, ver en acción a un jugador de este nivel.
